PAUL GRAFFY, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, has been part of the Naples community since the late 1980’s. Since making Naples his permanent home in 2000, Paul has had the privilege of representing many of Naples most well-known residents, selling some of the most high profile homes in the Naples market: a $43M, 3-acre beach estate, featured in the Wall Street Journal; world class penthouses in The Regent and The Windsor, Naples two most prestigious beachfront high rise buildings; and the renowned Hotel Escalante. Paul specializes in new construction in having launched Villas Escalante, Old Naples premier 16-unit luxury enclave on renowned 5th Avenue at 3rd Street, which he sold out, pre-construction, in under 5-months; Casa Bella, three luxury villas on 11th Avenue South; and Esmeralda on Eighth, the only condominium in all Naples to feature 6-luxury flats, each with their own private pool and garden, all in one spectacular building. His greatest pride, however, rests in his broad knowledge of Naples many communities, and various price ranges.
Paul has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal/Real Trend’s Top Agents Report as being in the Top ½ of the Top 1% of Realtors nationwide, and as one of the Top 50 Agents in SW Florida, from Tampa to Marco Island.
Prior to his career in real estate, Paul enjoyed a successful career in the apparel industry in New York City working for designers Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein, Joe Boxer, and Big Dog Sportswear, serving as Vice-President of Sales for the latter three. Paul and his wife Susan work together, and pride themselves on their knowledge, service and attention to detail. They are deeply committed to the local arts, animal rights, nature & conservation, the disadvantaged & elderly in Immokalee, and are active in many local charities. Theater goers will recognize Paul from his numerous appearances as a leading player at The Naples Players, TheatreZone, Artis-Naples, The Laboratory Theater and The Naples Dinner Theater. Paul was one of 20 students selected nationwide to attend the prestigious Juilliard School, and Florida Weekly named him SW Florida’s Best Actor
